ULI Oklahoma Site Tour: The Town House (Members Only)
Built in 1933, The Town House [Hotel] was originally an upscale rooming house providing 54 single-room units for workers moving to Oklahoma City. One of only three such buildings remaining in the Oklahoma City core, The Town House has remained virtually untouched until undergoing a complete gut and renovation. Purchased by David Wanzer in 2014 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in the same year, The Town House now boasts 18 market-rate apartments.
Join us for a tour of the project with developer David Wanzer and Candace Baitz. We’ll take in the rooftop views and hear about the process of renovating this historic building.
