The Incremental Development Alliance (IncDev) is a national non-profit with the mission to provide educational training and coaching in small scale development techniques, cultivating thousands of small scale real estate developers in communities across North America. IncDev (www.incrementaldevelopment.org) believes the neighborhood is the scale at which people, place, and the local economy come together. By building the knowledge of regular citizens to become developers of their own communities, wealth building occurs for families, and the overall quality of life increases for cities and towns as a whole.

ULI Oklahoma is pleased to welcome Jim Kumon, Executive Director of IncDev, for this two-part event. On Friday, January 26th, Jim will speak to the merits of incremental development in building better communities and how individuals with little to no knowledge of real estate development can become a small scale developer through IncDev’s well respected workshops. Friday, March 30th, ULI Oklahoma will host IncDev staff for a full-day workshop in Oklahoma City (registration details to soon follow).

This event is free to both members and non-members, but please register so we can plan accordingly.

Registrants will have the opportunity to purchase their own lunch before the presentation begins.
