ULI Oklahoma Impact Awards
On February 5th, ULI Oklahoma will host the 2nd annual Impact Awards at the Oklahoma City School of Law. The Impact Awards highlight developments and initiatives that have made a positive impact on the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
Finalists for each of the six categories were selected from an open nomination by ULI members. Projects completed in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area within the last two years were eligible for nomination. Finalists for this year’s Impact Awards are:
Community Placemaking Awards:
Best Public Initiative Plan: PlanOKC, Western Avenue Streetscape, Yukon Form Based Code
Best Public Initiative Infrastructure: MAPs 3 Trails-West River Trail, MAPs Sidewalks, Project 180
Best Community Building Effort: Heard on Hurd, Midtown Dog Park, Uptown 23rd Farmers Market
Best Small Scale Infill Development Project: Brickopolis, Fassler Hall, OKSea
Best Large Scale Infill Development Project: Bricktown Holiday Inn, City of Edmond Public Safety Center, Mosaic
Best Small Scale Redevelopment Project: Marion Hotel, The Patriarch, Pump Bar
Best Large Scale Redevelopment Project: Buick Building, Century Center, Mideke Building
The winners in each category will be announced at the awards ceremony.
The event kicks off at 5:30 with cocktails. Member price is $50, Young Leaders/Student members $30 and nonMembers $75.
