Quincy Park is an adaptive reuse of the former Laura Dester (Tulsa Boys Home) site in the Pearl District. The first phase is converting the existing 5 buildings to 72 micro-unit apartments, averaging 350SF, which is expected to be the largest micro-unit development in the state. The project is listed on the National Historic Register and utilizes Historic Tax Credits as well as PACE funding. The project is in partnership with Amenome as developer and Partner Tulsa.
