Get inside the mind of a banker. Join us for an overview of development finance from some of the leading experts in our community. This luncheon will focus on a high level overview of real estate development financing. A panel of industry experts will break down what they look for in a project, how to present your project to the bank, current industry trends, and other creative ways to get your project financed. By the end of the lunch, attendees will know what to have in hand when going meet with a banker to finance a development.

Amy Bailey is Partner and Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate Banking for CrossFirst Bank in Oklahoma City. Amy began her career in banking in 1997, serving as Chief Loan Officer and SVP prior to joining CrossFirst Bank in 2015 as owner and partner. Amy is committed to serving the community. She is Board member for Ushine, a non-profit that focuses on Mental Health Awareness and Education. She is a member of CREW, RMA and Commercial Real Estate Council. She also served on the Board for the Edmond Historical Society for more than 9 years. Amy has been recognized professionally and personally, awarded Top Outstanding Lender in 2014 by the Independent Banker, awarded Top Team by American Bankers in 2014 & 2015. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Oklahoma, completed the National Commercial Lending School, and is a graduate of Colorado University’s Graduate School of Banking.
Wesley Anderson specializes in the financing of commercial real estate projects primarily in the Oklahoma market ranging from $1MM - $7MM in project size.  Prior to joining Valor Bank, he worked for 13 years as a commercial real estate banker with Bank of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. Wesley Anderson holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Oklahoma and is married to his college sweetheart Serena Anderson who he later convinced to have three kids.  Outside of his duties at Valor Bank and as a husband/father, he is involved with Frontline Church, Young Life in Oklahoma City, and on the Alumni board with the JCPenney Leadership Program in the Price Business School at OU.
Jeremy Foraker is President and Managing Broker of Foraker Company. Mr. Foraker has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and has experience in brokerage, development, construction and property management. Since 2003, Mr. Foraker has negotiated and closed more than 200 investment transactions and 500 lease transactions. He has played key roles in acquiring, developing and repositioning over 1 million square feet of property and growing a property management portfolio to exceed 1 million square feet. Mr. Foraker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. Mr. Foraker’s expertise includes lease negotiation, project management, financial analysis, development strategy and risk mitigation. A native Oklahoman, Mr. Foraker is a married father of two and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
