This $44 million investment reimagines how the city serves its residents, consolidating municipal operations into a modern, efficient, and community-focused campus.

    The complex includes a 60,000-square-foot City Hall, a 14,000-square-foot Municipal Courthouse, and a 216-space public parking garage, all designed to improve accessibility, collaboration, and service delivery.

    Randy Entz

    Interim City Manager, City of Edmond

    Randy Entz is the Interim City Manager for the City of Edmond. He joined the City in 2017 as the Director of Planning and Zoning, a role he held until January 2024 when he step into the Assistant City Manager for Development Services for the City of Edmond. Randy has more than 25 years of municipal experience in Oklahoma. Prior to Edmond, he served as a program planner and senior transportation planner for the City of Oklahoma City. Previously, Randy worked as a planner for the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and spent time as the assistant city planner for the City of Stillwater. He has two masters’ degrees from the University of Oklahoma (Regional & City Planning and Landscape Architecture) and is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners and an accredited member of the Congress for the New Urbanism.

    Councilmember, Ward 1 — City of Edmond Maggie Murdock Nichols serves as the Ward 1 Councilmember for the City of Edmond. A third-generation Edmond resident, she is deeply committed to honoring the city’s heritage while guiding its growth with transparency, accessibility, and collaboration. Maggie brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, communications, and community engagement, with experience supporting organizations that strengthen quality of life across central Oklahoma. She and her family are proud to call Edmond home, where they are raising the fourth generation of their family.
