Join ULI Oklahoma for an engaging conversation with Joe Nickol and Kevin Wright, the co-founders of YARD & Company and co-authors of The Neighborhood Playbook. Joe and Kevin will discuss strategies related to the safe public engagement and district reopening of mixed-use districts, neighborhoods, and cities amidst an active pandemic. Their reopening plans and strategies include new approaches to community engagement, urban design, retail strategies, and public space activation.

All attendees will receive a workbook written and designed by YARD & Company. Once registration closes, you will receive instructions for pick up.

JOE NICKOL has 15 years of experience in urban design, architecture, and development. He has directed projects for public and private clients in over 25 states and 7 countries, ranging from targeted popup initiatives to billion-dollar developments of city districts and neighborhoods.
 

KEVIN WRIGHT is a leader in community development, economic and real estate development finance/planning, and placemaking. Kevin has led teams in the creation and implementation of dozens of projects ranging from small creative placemaking activities to multi-million dollar real estate projects.
