Join ULI Oklahoma for an engaging conversation with Joe Nickol, co-founder of YARD & Company and co-author of The Neighborhood Playbook. Joe will discuss strategies related to the safe public engagement and district reopening of mixed-use districts, neighborhoods, and cities amidst an active pandemic. Their reopening plans and strategies include new approaches to community engagement, urban design, retail strategies, and public space activation.
