OKC Exchange Itinerary:

8:30 AM           DEPART for OKC

10:00 AM         Wheeler District – Hopping off the bus just south of the Oklahoma River, we’ll tour OKC’s first new urbanist community.  Led by one of ULI Oklahoma’s founders, Blair Humphreys, the Wheeler District is currently in Phase 1 of their master plan.  The first phase of construction will include 60 single family homes, 100 apartments, and 30,000SF of commercial space containing new restaurants, a microbrewery, and a range of live/work townhomes.

11:30 AM         West Village – Developer Andy Burnett will lead the group through a walking tour of West Village, located just west of Film Row.  The new neighborhood includes the successful redevelopments of Fred Jones Manufacturing Plant (21C Hotel) and Jones Assembly, plus 3-phases of mixed use and multi-family developments.

1:00 PM           Lunch @ The Parlor – Check out OKC’s newest urban food hall in the heart of the rapidly re-developing warehouse district just east of Auto Alley.
