ULI Oklahoma: Incremental Development Alliance (IncDev) Small Developer ZOOM Seminar
ULI Oklahoma is pleased to welcome Alli Quinlan with the Incremental Development Alliance (IncDev) for a seminar on incremental development. On Thursday, May 28, 2020, Ms. Quinlan will take a big picture view of neighborhood-based development to help attendees analyze what makes a good project, how a building makes money, and how small developers interact with the broader ecosystem of professionals in the built environment. ULI Oklahoma will then host IncDev for a small scale development bootcamp AT A LATER DATE TBD (registration details to soon follow - Learn more HERE).
Attendance at either IncDev’s past 1-day workshops (ULI Oklahoma hosted in March 2018) or the May 28th seminar is required to attend the 2-day bootcamp.
The seminar (~4 hours) will cover the following topics:
- Overview of development models
- Skill set evaluation
- Right sizing your project (form meets financing)
- Building arts: Best practices for site planning and building layout
- Intro to pro formas for small projects
- Financing your project and basic due diligence
