City of Edmond: ULI Advisory Services Panel Presentation
As downtown Edmond continues to grow, the City of Edmond desires to steward and cultivate the development in a way that promotes a healthy business district, is safe and accessible for pedestrians, better connects with the University of Central Oklahoma, fosters a real estate environment that incorporates affordable housing, and is prepared for increased transit and mobility.
The City of Edmond will host an Urban Land Institute National Advisory Services Panel the week of February 19-24 to explore these topics. The questions the panel will be addressing outline several of the challenges and questions the City of Edmond faces in cultivating and stewarding development in downtown Edmond to accomplish these goals.
