As a follow-up to the one-day workshop hosted in March 2018, ULI Oklahoma will welcome back the faculty from the Incremental Development Alliance for a two-day Small Developer Boot Camp (May 29-30, 2020).  The Small Developer Boot Camp gives participants an opportunity to apply training to their actual development project. Participants will work through exercises like building and refining their pro forma, creating an investor proposal package, and drawing out the zoning parameters for their lot. Participants can also practice pitching their project to the group and instructors in order to get feedback in a supportive environment. Attendance at a previous Incremental Development 1-day Course is required.  Learn more HERE.

REGISTRATION WILL BE LIMITED TO 30 PARTICIPANTS
Early Bird rate ($399) deadline of 5/1/2020
Regular Registration rate ($449) deadline of 5/25/20

IMPORTANT:
Attendees must have completed a prior IncDev training in order to attend the Boot Camp. Whether it is the OKC Seminar (March 26th), or a prior IncDev workshop.  For issues/questions, please contact IncDev directly - training@incrementaldevelopment.org.

The Incremental Development Alliance (IncDev) is a national non-profit with the mission to provide educational training and coaching in small scale development techniques, cultivating thousands of small scale real estate developers in communities across North America. IncDev (www.incrementaldevelopment.org) believes the neighborhood is the scale at which people, place, and the local economy come together. By building the knowledge of regular citizens to become developers of their own communities, wealth building occurs for families, and the overall quality of life increases for cities and towns as a whole.
