Known for her 25-year career with the City of Oklahoma City, Aubrey McDermid held key positions including Assistant City Manager and Planning Director. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oklahoma and is recognized for her role in developing city-wide plans, spearheading initiatives like the comprehensive plan, and leading the Planning Department, which she helped transform to be more professional, diverse, and inclusive.
