Blackwelder Cottages is a micro infill community built on 5 city lots. The pocket neighborhood comprises 9 cottage style single family homes + a Scandinavian style 3 story triplex. Neighbors share a community greenspace with well appointed porches facing and designed to encourage natural social interactions. Blackwelder Cottages is an easy 3 block walk to the Plaza District, a true walkable pocket neighborhood. The project is led by the 180 Development team and compliments other future infill and historical renovations on the block.
