    Join ULI Oklahoma on November 18 for an exclusive tour of 1141 N Robinson Avenue, a 1940s commercial landmark currently undergoing a full-scale transformation. The tour will be led by Stuart Hudson, Marva Ellard, Barrett Williamson, Erick Westfahl, and Brent Wall to share the inside story of reviving this historic property. From unraveling decades of layered infrastructure to meticulously preserving original architectural elements, the project team has navigated the complexities of historic tax credits while positioning the building for modern tenancy.

    Attendees will walk the site and hear firsthand how history, finance, and design intersect in one of Oklahoma City’s most ambitious preservation efforts.

    Marva Ellard is a true preservationist with forty years of award-winning proof. Ellard has devoted her efforts to restoring former glory and proffering new life into numerous historic properties. The story of her service within organizations like Historical Preservation, Inc., the Oklahoma City Historic Preservation and Landmark Commission, and Preservation Oklahoma, Inc. is filled with titles like Director, Board Member, Chairman, and Vice-President. Her efforts have undoubtedly influenced the shaping of the city center as it stands today.

    Stuart Hudson is the Editor and Co-Publisher of EdibleOKC. Stuart has a background in writing, law, and specialty food events. Engaging with and supporting the OKC and larger Oklahoma community provides meaning and enjoyment to his life. In his personal life Stuart is a father, husband, and avid record collector. For more than 15 years, Brent has conceived meaningful and sustainable landscapes across the region in a range of scales and complexities. As Director of LAUD Studio, Brent leads concept development as well as site and planting design, and oversees construction documentation.

Erick has an excellent understanding of all aspects of the construction process and is exceptionally skilled at value engineering, estimating and scheduling.
