Times have changed and the future is uncertain. In particular, the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry is undergoing an intensely traumatic period. It has been severely affected and may take some time to recover. Directly related, commercial real estate investors and managers worry about the level of disruption they can expect to their own industry and for how long it may continue.

Join ULI Northwest Arkansas as we discuss the intersection of the food-and-beverage and commercial real estate economies. Gathering input from a nationally-renowned speaker and a roundtable of regional industry leaders, we will identify key trends, explore emerging best practices for managing this difficult time, and answer your questions in an effort to inform our region’s restaurant and real estate communities.

The format will be a keynote presentation followed by a roundtable discussion by leaders in the hospitality, commercial real estate, and lending industries. Questions from the audience will be accepted during the event.

This is a free event and open to all ULI members and guests. Registration is required to receive your access link.
