ULI Oklahoma: Young Leaders Host Walking Tour of Historic Automobile Alley

ULI Northwest Arkansas: Redeveloping a Healthy Corridor

The Urban Land Institute awarded a Healthy Corridors grant to the city of Fayetteville in 2017.  As part of that grant, ULI Northwest Arkansas brought in several corridor revitalization experts from around the country to tour College Avenue from Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to Sycamore Street.   The purpose of the initiative is to identify quick wins and next steps towards healthy, sustainable, and equitable redevelopment along the corridor.
