ULI Oklahoma: Young Leaders Host Walking Tour of Historic Automobile Alley

Braving the notorious Oklahoma spring winds, over 30 Young Leaders gathered this week to learn more about one of Oklahoma City’s first districts – Historic Automobile Alley.  Led by University of Oklahoma’s Institute for Quality Communities’ Ron Frantz, the tour highlighted the historic preservation efforts that re-built the district building by building after the Murrah Bombing.  Thank you to Ron, not only for this incredible tour, but also for your YEARS of passion and dedication to the restoration of this historic main street. ULI Northwest Arkansas: Redeveloping a Healthy Corridor

The Urban Land Institute awarded a Healthy Corridors grant to the city of Fayetteville in 2017.  As part of that grant, ULI Northwest Arkansas brought in several corridor revitalization experts from around the country to tour College Avenue from Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to Sycamore Street.   The purpose of the initiative is to identify quick wins and next steps towards healthy, sustainable, and equitable redevelopment along the corridor. TODD GLASS NAMED CHAIRMAN OF ULI OKLAHOMA

Todd Glass, Managing Partner at the Humphreys Funds, was recently named Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Oklahoma District Council. The Urban Land Institute is a global, multidisciplinary real estate organization whose work is driven by 40,000-plus members dedicated to leadership in the responsible use of land and creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
