Todd Glass, Managing Partner at the Humphreys Funds, was recently named Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Oklahoma District Council. The Urban Land Institute is a global, multidisciplinary real estate organization whose work is driven by 40,000-plus members dedicated to leadership in the responsible use of land and creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. As ULI Oklahoma’s Chairman, Glass will serve on a voluntary basis for a two-year term that ends in 2019.

“It is an honor and privilege to serve the members and member communities of ULI Oklahoma,” Glass said. “Over the last 8 years, I have seen the incredible impact that ULI has had in Oklahoma and across the country. We are a convening, neutral voice that raises the conversation and encourages city government, planners, developers, and others to instill best practices that lead to thriving cities for all citizens.”

Glass, as incoming Chair, will preside over a newly appointed leadership team that includes Wes Anderson, Cameron Brewer, Kristen Vails, Ashley Terry, Reeve Tarron, Thomas Rossiter, Meghan Bruner, Mallory O’Neill, Brooke Mortimer, Gary Warren, and AJ Kirkpatrick.

The Urban Land Institute, established in 1936, serves members in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. The organization’s membership is interdisciplinary, including developers, investors, lenders, financiers, engineers, urban planners, architects, urban designers, academics and public officials. ULI’s program of work is centered around five content pillars: housing and communities; real estate investment and finance; sustainability and economic performance; building successful cities and regions; and the practice of real estate development. ULI offers a variety of programs, products and services, all of which are informed by members’ expertise, to reflect these areas of focus.
