Construction Administrator II - ADG

POSITION OVERVIEW

Construction Administrator II will be responsible for all parts of construction phase services.  This varies on a per project basis, but generally includes administering the Owner-Contractor Contract, construction meetings, RFIs, submittals, Application and Certificates for Payment, change orders, and final inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • High School diploma and 3+ years of construction project related experience in architecture, construction or closely related field is required.

  • Ability to read and understand construction documents and construction related contracts. Proven experience in performing these tasks is a plus.

  • Ability to communicate information clearly, effectively and in a pleasant and professional manner verbally and in writing.

  • Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations related to architecture and construction.

  • Exercise sound independent judgement within general policy guidelines.

  • Exceptional at maintaining records and files.

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
