ULI Oklahoma Selects Honorees for 4th Annual Impact Awards
Urban Land Institute Oklahoma has selected twenty-three finalists for its fourth annual Impact Awards.

Urban Land Institute Oklahoma honored twenty-three finalists for its fourth annual Impact Awards on February 9, 2018, at the Tower Theatre. The Impact Awards honor the projects that represent the best practices in land use and development, through their contributions to the built environment and the public realm. The projects promote the creation of resilient communities, intelligent densification and urbanization, as well as outstanding quality of design and construction. ULI seeks to recognize the projects that are pioneering, creative, and exemplary in their promotion of these goals. This year’s event was sponsored by the Center for Economic Development Law and had over 350 guests in attendance.
The awards were distributed to one of the three finalists in each of seven categories. The winners include:
Outstanding Community Building Effort: The Curbside Chronicle
Outstanding Public Initiative: Center City Form-Based Code City of Norman
Boutique Development: Barrios and Gardner
Small Scale Development: Commons on Classen
Small Scale Rehabilitation and Restoration: Sunshine Laundry
Large Scale Development: University of Oklahoma Residential Colleges
Large Scale Rehabilitation and Restoration: Page Woodson School
In addition, ULI Oklahoma honored the Susan E. Brackett Dance Center at OKC Ballet for outstanding philanthropic vision and recognized the Tower Theatre for distinguished merit.
