Emerging Developers
The ULI Oklahoma Emerging Developer initiative originated out of 5-6 years of intensive programming focused on supporting prospective and aspiring small developers. Partnering with Incremental Development Alliance to host several seminars and workshops, including a Latino Urbanism Summit and Small Developer Bootcamp, the current committee strives to resource emerging developers alongside community partners. Our ongoing efforts and programs are intended to increase the number of women and people of color in ULI and in the real estate industry.
