    David Meadows

    Urban Bridge

    David is a relationship-driven commercial real estate associate, meaning that he works to partner with clients to deliver long-standing world-class tenant representation and commercial brokerage services. He is attentive to understanding every client’s desires, concerns, and objectives in order to effectively serve each unique need. David’s professional experience in sales, the hospitality industry, and multiple start-up environments acted as an incubator that’s fostered a valuable skill set. His passion for real estate began in early childhood, and he is energized by the opportunity to meet the needs of his community. He takes great pride in prompt and courteous follow-through with well-researched market analysis, dedicated contract negotiation, and consultation on systems and processes. When not building success for his clients, David enjoys spending time building a strong marriage and studying fitness and wellness. He recently completed his first marathon and looks forward to training for more.

    A.J. Kirkpatrick

    Director of Urban Planning, ADG Blatt

    AJ has nearly 15 years of experience in urban planning and community building efforts. His intense passion for urban cores and neighborhood nodes of all shapes and sizes makes him an incredible Director of Urban Planning. He has developed expertise in walkability, transit and parking as well as creative uses of GIS. Possessing both the abilities to plan and to execute, AJ brings his strong community connections formed while working for the City of Oklahoma City to ADG|Blatt, having managed one of the nation’s most complex Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) at Downtown OKC, Inc.. Known for his strategic thinking and ability to bring structure to fledgling efforts, AJ is the current chair of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and was the organizer of a recent effort to spread best practices in development by helping 25 Oklahoma professionals to earn Congress for the New Urbanism-Accredited (CNU-A).

    Cassi Poor

    Director of Real Estate Development, The Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City

    Cassi Poor joined the Alliance for Economic Development in 2012. Previously, she worked as a landscape architect in Dallas, Texas, for MESA Design Group. Ms. Poor holds a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Oklahoma State University and a master's degree in sustainable design with emphasis in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Sydney, Australia. She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Young Adult Leaders program. She formerly served on the Leadership OKC Alumni board and was the GreenOKC representative for PlanOKC. Presently, she is involved with the Uptown 23rd District Association, serving as president on the executive board. Cassi enjoys using her bicycle as her primary source of transportation – especially to the office.

    Shane Hampton

    Director, IQC, University of Oklahoma Institute for Quality Communities

    Shane Hampton is the current programs chair for ULI Oklahoma. He is an urban planner who works with governments, non-profits, and developers on placemaking, planning, and urban design strategies. He’s worked with more than 60 communities, from small towns to urban centers. Shane is the director of the OU Institute for Quality Communities, which hosts the biennial Placemaking Conference and offers technical assistance to Oklahoma towns through service-learning projects at the OU Gibbs College of Architecture.
