Affordable and Workforce Housing represents the greatest demand, but is the hardest to produce especially in areas where new housing can have the greatest impact. Come hear how Tulsa is proposing to positively impact housing quality and development from our new Housing Policy Director, Becky Gligo.
If you are a broker, builder, owner or developer of housing, this is a presentation you will want to hear.
Becky Gligo serves as the Housing Policy Director for the City of Tulsa. Gligo is responsible for working with city and state housing agencies, non-profit entities, philanthropic organizations and developers to achieve key outcomes of neighborhood revitalization and affordable housing preservation and development.
Becky Gligo is a veteran of Tulsa Public Schools and a long-time housing finance and policy expert, having worked across the country. Becky has a passion for fair housing and client centered public service. Prior to the City of Tulsa, Gligo served as the Director of Portfolio Management for Tulsa Public Schools where she monitored seven charter schools and Oklahoma's first partnership school. In this role, she also served as the Tulsa Public Schools liaison to the Tulsa Housing Authority and Urban Strategies, Inc. for the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative.
