Make Ready - 220 NW 13th St, OKC
Make Ready consists of 14 micro suites and was built with start-up and small businesses in mind. These micro suites were recently completed and open at full capacity. “The Make Ready Building provides commercial space to the small-tenant market segment that currently has limited options in Midtown. This building could house startup companies that come out of the Thunder Launchpad or the Innovation District or i2E. Maybe it’s home to a two- or four- or six- person office or maybe a workshop and retail space for a group of artisan makers.” - Chris Fleming
The Boulevard - 525 NW 11th Street, OKC
When the Boulevard Cafeteria closed in 2016, it was one of the last remaining cafeterias in Oklahoma City. Paying homage to the name and nearing completion, the new 2-story, 34,000SF Boulevard building will host a mix of uses including offices and Neighborhood Jam, which will add another breakfast location to Midtown. Both projects were designed by Fitzsimmons Architects and developed by Midtown Renaissance.
