Opening in September 2019, Central Exchange is a two-building, 45,000 square foot mixed use development in Automobile Alley.  This rehabilitation of the former Pioneer Telephone switch house and garage, constructed in 1909 and 1911, was made possible by Historic Tax Credits.  The project is anchored by Parlor, a 14,000 square foot food hall with 7 restaurants, 2 bars, and a rooftop patio.  Join the developers, architect, and Parlor Food Hall for a site tour and a preview of one of the restaurant concepts opening this summer.

 Reese Travis is the Founder and a Managing Director of Tribune Capital Partners LLC, based in Oklahoma City.  With Tribune Capital, Mr. Travis has deployed nearly $34 million in equity capital in commercial real estate properties across Arizona, Oklahoma, Colorado, Iowa and Texas, since 2008.  Additionally, the Tribune Capital team is developing and managing the Central Exchange. Earlier in his career, Mr. Travis served as President of Stampede Farms, a Wexford Capital entity, where he led $100 million in acquisitions, including the acquisition of more than 52,000 acres of agricultural real estate in the Mid-Continent.While real estate is Mr. Travis’ primary focus, he has also deployed an additional $10 million in oil and gas, consumer, and retail investments.  He is currently the Executive Chairman of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt and Humble Donut Co.  Under Mr. Travis’ leadership, Orange Leaf grew from 10 stores to more than 310 stores in 40 states and 4 countries.
