This upscale hotel will offer travelers 82 oversized guest accommodations, a rooftop restaurant (Soma), lounge & large outdoor patio space, an outdoor pool & lounge, local lobby cafe, & an extensive outdoor event lawn area. Brut Hotel is owned by long-time local developers, David Sharp of Sharp Development, and Howard Wolf of Wolf Group Investments.
