In the last decade, downtown Edmond has exploded with new urban development thanks in part to the support from the City with the adoption of new downtown zoning ordinances and the creation of a TIF. Once the City put the right tools and codes in the place, the private development community took it from there creating some of the best new infill projects in the metro. Join us on this action-packed tour of some of the incredible projects while learning about all the others planned and proposed.

If you have not visited downtown Edmond in recent years, you will be amazed that this once sleepy main street has been transformed into a hyper-walkable urban district and neighborhood.
