    Ellen Ray joined the City of Tulsa's City Design Studio as Managing Director in late 2023. In this role, Ray will serve her hometown to continue Tulsa’s immense investment in the public realm. Ray hopes to center people in the creation of inclusive public space, and champion all residents to help create just, equitable places.
