Join us as we tour the first twenty-eight Phase I homes currently under construction in the Wheeler District. These homes are the beginnings of the Wheeler District community which will grow to include a variety of housing, restaurant and retail spaces. The first phase of construction will include 60 single family homes, 100 apartments, and 30,000 square feet of commercial space containing new restaurants, a microbrewery, and a range of live/work townhomes.
