Join us for a sneak peek of Midtown's newest urban infill project on February 28th!
Ayva at Midtown Apartments is a 4-story ground-up urban infill micro-unit multi-family project, the 1st of its kind in Oklahoma City. The new building features 78 units each approximately 450 SF and shared amenities, including an intimate outdoor space bound by the historic garage and new building. The project converts an existing surface corner parking lot into a proper urban corner and utilizes adjacent historic structured parking shared with the existing office building. The project is slated to be complete spring of 2024.
